Power Couple is made by Dhruv Kakran. By using the app, the website or the Power Couple connector for AI assistants, you agree to these terms. The app is also covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps from the App Store.
You sign in with Apple. Keep your Apple ID secure; what happens in your account is your responsibility. You must be 18 or older to use Power Couple.
Pairing shares your goals, progress and messages with your partner, as the privacy policy explains. Only pair with someone you trust. Either of you can leave the couple at any time.
Plus is a subscription sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds under its own terms. Prices are shown before you buy. A free trial, if offered, turns into a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Suggestions and check-ins written by AI can be wrong. Treat them as ideas, not advice: nothing in Power Couple is medical, financial, legal or relationship advice. If you connect an AI assistant, it acts on your instructions in your account; you’re responsible for what you ask it to do, and its maker’s terms apply to the assistant itself.
Don’t misuse Power Couple: no attempts to get at other people’s data, overload the service, or use it to harass anyone. We can suspend accounts or connections that do.
We work to keep Power Couple running and your data safe, but the app is provided “as is”, and we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these terms; we’ll say so in the app or on this page, and the date above will change. You can stop using Power Couple and delete your account any time from Profile.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use Power Couple as a consumer elsewhere, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
